We’ve sat on both sides of the table as operators and leaders with Brands and 3PLs, and have seen how broken many of these relationships have become. We saw that leaders had two options: suffer in a bad situation, which meant P&L impact and poor team morale, or terminate, which meant expending a huge amount of resources on an RFP and a transition where the grass often wasn’t greener.

We didn’t think these two options were good enough, so created Logistics Resolve to provide a third path forward for Brand and 3PL leaders.
